Can I update my shipping address for a current order?

We process orders quickly so you can receive your materials as soon as possible, which means the window to update your shipping address is very short.

If you need to make a change, please submit a request using the Contact Form with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to catch it in time before it ships.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we're unfortunately unable to update the address. In that case, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to see if they offer address changes or package intercept services.
