We start processing orders quickly so you can receive your materials as soon as possible. Because of this, the window to cancel or make changes is very short.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. Once it’s delivered, you’re welcome to request a return if needed. Please view our Refund Policy.
