My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a little early or left in a different location than expected.

We recommend checking:

• Around your home (porch, side door, mailbox, etc.)
• With neighbors or anyone in your household
• Your local mailroom or front office (if applicable)
