UPS: Can I change my delivery address or instructions?

UPS may allow you to update certain delivery preferences through UPS My Choice.

Depending on the shipment, you may be able to add delivery instructions, request a different delivery date, or change the delivery location. Some options may be restricted or require additional fees.
