DHL/USPS: Why is DHL shipping my package but USPS delivering it?

Some of our orders are shipped using DHL eCommerce, which partners with USPS to complete the final delivery.

DHL handles the initial transportation of your package before transferring it to USPS for delivery to your address. This is a normal part of the shipping process!

While both DHL and USPS provide tracking updates, we recommend tracking your package directly through USPS, as they handle the final delivery and typically provide the most up-to-date information once your package is transferred.
