I never received a shipping confirmation email.



Shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically once your order has been processed and shipped. If you haven't received one, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, as these emails can sometimes be filtered there.


Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the subject line:

"A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way"


This email includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you still can't find the email, please submit a request using the Contact Form and we'll be happy to verify your order status and provide your tracking information.
